Because you have a student currently on an IES Abroad program in Beijing or Shanghai, I write with an update regarding the H7N9, otherwise known as Avian Flu.
First and foremost, our students’ health and safety is always IES Abroad’s paramount concern. We have an extensive, well trained and tested crisis management team in place at IES Abroad. The team has managed IES Abroad’s response to the SARS crisis, H1N1, and many other crises over a period of decades.
