Effective Communication and Team Building Skills

This interactive workshop will cover the basics of conflict resolution, negotiation, power dynamics, and effective collaboration specifically designed for community leaders, school officials, and parents. It will be facilitated by Dr. Monica Scamardo, founder and president of Variate Consulting, an Austin-based company dedicated to empowering organizations to reach their goals by investing in people.
