Temporary Change to Accommodation Letter Notification

If you are requesting Accommodation Letters for Summer Session classes, please be aware that due to a glitch in our email and software system, emails are NOT being sent out to let students know their Accommodations Letters are printed and available to pick up. During the 2013 summer session only, students can expect their Accommodation Letters to be printed within 1-3 business days after they have been requested. If students want to call to check on the status of their Accommodation Letters before coming to the SSD office, students are encouraged to call the front desk at 512-471-6259 or email ssd@austin.utexas.edu .

 

We are hoping to have this glitch fixed before the 2013 Fall Semester.

 

Thank you for your patience as we work with the new system changes during the Summer Session.
