Ellen Moutos Lee, Director of the Regional Foundation Library
Supervising an extensive collection of funding information, Ellen assists Central Texas-area nonprofits in identifying grants and other funding opportunities. Prior to joining the library, Ellen worked for the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Ms. Lee has worked in development for an Austin area nonprofit and has served as a member of the City of Austin Grant Review Committee. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. She lives with her husband, son and rescue dog.



Ritu Roy, Graduate Assistant of the Regional Foundation Library
Ritu Roy is currently a candidate within the Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW) program at University of Texas at Austin (UT); she has received her Bachelors of Science (B.S) in Psychology from Louisiana State University (LSU). Of Indian nationality, she moved to the States to pursue her higher education degrees.  In the past she has served as a counselor at the Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center (BRCIC) and within Communities in School at Garza High School. Her other career interests have listed towards social justice and higher education administration. She continues to be an ardent advocate for issues that affect our environment, public education, women, sexual minorities, racial minorities, and the mental health community.
