Ellen Moutos Lee, Director of the Regional Foundation Library
Supervising an extensive collection of funding information, Ellen assists Central Texas-area nonprofits in identifying grants and other funding opportunities. Prior to joining the library, Ellen worked for the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Ms. Lee has worked in development for an Austin area nonprofit and has served as a member of the City of Austin Grant Review Committee. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. She lives with her husband, son and rescue dog.
Tessa Mauer, Graduate Assistant of the Regional Foundation Library
Tessa Mauer is currently pursuing her master’s degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. A Colorado native, Tessa enrolled in The LBJ School to pursue her interests in non-profit management and consulting. She hopes to use her degree to contribute to organizations serving youth and adolescents.
Tessa is inspired by the passionate people visiting the library and enjoys learning about the creative endeavors patrons undertake. She is excited to see how their energy and originality will spark her own!
