Many institutions around the US are seeing increases of international students, specifically Chinese students. However, many institutions are unprepared to discuss LGBTQ identity, challenges, and support with students coming from outside of the US. This roundtable conference call will allow student affairs educators to discuss challenges, strategies, and resources to best educate and serve all students.
Please join this conference call if you have never thought about this population, you have questions about how to best serve international LGBTQ students or how to share information about LGBTQ identity to international students, or you have resources and information you would like to offer.
