DEI Diversity and Social Justice Educators Network
Connect with this network of UT faculty, staff, and community members who are engaged in conversations around diversity and social justice issues. Diversity Education Initiatives (DEI), a unit of Campus Diversity and Strategic Initiatives (CDSI) in the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement (DDCE) sponsors informal, monthly conversations about topics chosen by meeting participants. Past conversation topics have included assessing social justice progress, bullying, racial profiling, religious oppression, and facilitation strategies. Participants range from faculty who engage diversity topics in the classroom to staff members who seek a space for dialogue on social justice issues.
