To continue the work Food for Black Thought co-founders Naya Jones and Kevin Thomas introduced at their two-day community and action symposium last fall, Jones and Thomas will present an update to their collaborations in food justice on Tuesday, April 2.
Naya and Kevin will introduce their work, facilitate discussion on Austin food experiences, and explore opportunities for future collaborative work around issues of food justice and the built environment. The discussion will be presented by the
University of Texas Community & Regional Planning Council on Culture, Diversity, Inclusion and the Center for Sustainable Development.
The April 2nd talk will be presented at Goldsmith Hall, 399 22nd St., Austin, TX 78705.
