Graduate Students Invited to Share Perspectives on Diversity

September 27, 2013

Dear Graduate Students:

We would like to invite you to participate in a conversation on how diversity issues affect you, your research, and your time as a student at the University of Texas at Austin. Campus climate can always be improved. Climate discussions, however, are often limited to the perspective of undergraduates. We know that there are unique issues facing graduate students and we want you to share them with us so that we can formulate recommendations to improve students’ experiences.

The conversation will take place on Thursday, October 3 from 6-7:30 pm in SAC 3.112. Pizza and refreshments will be served. Space is limited, so we ask that you please RSVP at this link:

Best wishes,
Diversity and Equity Student Action & Advisory Council
Co-sponsored by the Graduate Student Assembly
