The Asian American Community Leadership Awards honor individuals and organizations for their service to Austin and the greater-Texas Asian American community at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center. First held in 2010 in partnership with the Association of Asian American Studies, the event is now hosted in partnership with the UT Center for Asian American Studies and the Texas Exes Asian Alumni Network. Past recipients include SAHELI (Support. Advocate. Heal. Empower. Listen. Inform.), The Honorable Dr. Martha Wong and the Network of Asian American Organizations.
